With Ayami, Suzuka, Hinata, Raura, Nene, Marina (and the under-rated Ayaka, in my opinion), the 2011 Nendo certainly had the strongest vocal group of any class since, but the 2016 Nendo seem so much sharper, and in sync with their dancing. I feel like Sara and Mirena's class had the best group of dancers (2017 were pretty sharp too, but this 2016 Nendo just feels like everyone is on point for nearly every live performance video I've seen).
Their was actually a lot of knowledge/experience how best to train new girls and train in general passed down over the years with each generation. I think that really, really helped with the dancing. And SG over time focused more on dancing than before. First nendo had many different activities.

2016年度ってほんとにダンス揃ってるよね
初代は偉大だが、2016年度は更にスピードアップして、踊りがキレキレな気がする。さくら学院は進化し続ける。
メンバーひとりひとりの成長も凄いけど、グループとしての成長の歩みにも、目を見張る。
２０１６年度の FLY AWAY は出色の出来の良さだった。 颯良＆美澪奈 ダンスの歯切れの良さ そして、最高の舞浜アンフィシアター ！ もうね、最高でした！
初代からずっと見て来たけど2015からぐんとダンスのレベルがアップしたように思う。個人的には、2016が1番好きだけど2019も良いよ
